We remind you that a month ago, the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, at the request of the Municipal Secretariat for Property Protection, revoked the consent of the Mia investment company (an investor that brings together Turkish businessmen) to the preliminary design of a future hotel with apartments for the market - two towers of 15 and 16 floors.
The construction continued, although the Budva Democrats sent a letter to the department of Minister Janko Odović to seal the construction site, because by canceling the consent, the construction application was also canceled. The same letter was sent from the municipal Secretariat.
