The General Secretary of the Union of Municipalities (ZOCG), Mišela Manojlović, and the President of the Assembly of the Association of Utilities of Montenegro, Radenko Vujošević, signed today the Memorandum on cooperation in the field of utilities, with the aim of jointly representing the interests of their members before state authorities and international organizations.
