The Board of Directors of "Montefarm": "management" or "zuacg" is written in place of the signatory, which is inadmissible

First, no one signs any act, but instead of the signatory, "management" or "zuacg" is written, which is unacceptable, the institution must have a person who represents it, especially in written acts, the Board of Directors of the Health Institution of the Pharmacy of Montenegro (ZUACG) announced today ) "Montefarm".

"This fact can be very indicative and raises the question - who and why is hiding from the management, i.e. the name of the institution?", states the statement of the Board of Directors submitted by Dr. Goran Batrićević.

They reacted to today's announcement by "Montefarm", which states, among other things, that "the management does not obstruct the work of the Board of Directors".

"Also, as for the other allegations from the boldly unsigned announcement, they are a repeated story from the initial email correspondence. Regulations are secondary legal acts, acts of a lower order than the Law and Government decisions, and it is not necessary for the 'management' to remind the members of the Board of Directors of them. The board in the new convocation does not start from 'the middle', but begins its work by constituting and electing a new president, and then begins regular work. The initial notification to the executive director about the board's preparations is primarily informative and should be understood as such. Management does not have the authority to interpret regulations nor control of the work of the Board of Directors of the Institution", said the Board of Directors of "Montefarm".

They added that there are authorities authorized to control the work of the Institution as a whole.

They said that they will no longer publicly advertise this case, neither with denials nor in any other way.
