The Committee for Planning and Spatial Planning, Communal Housing, Traffic and Environmental Protection of the Assembly of the Capital City will propose to the local parliament to adopt the Proposal for a Decision on Adopting a Management Plan for the Nature Monument "Park Šuma Gorica" for the period 2024-2029. year, with several changes, was decided at today's session of that body.
The president of the board, Dragutin Vučinić, announced that corrections should be made in that proposed decision, because there were technical errors in relation to the text and attached sketches:
"On page 19, make an amendment as follows: after the word 'Bar-Belgrade', delete the rest of the sentence 'to the railroad crossing in Nikola Tesla Street in the Zagorič neighborhood' and replace it with the words 'to the intersection of Beogradska and Ludviga Kuba Streets, which border goes to its intersection with Slavonska street and from there follow it until it flows into Iva Andrića street', and on page 50, after the sentence 'The state of the cultural property of the high school with a memorial plaque for fallen students in NOB', add the words 'which is in the protection zone' ", announced Vučinić.
He states that the representative of the proponent, Miljan Barović, secretary of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development, agreed with this.
Five members of the board attended the session, and all voted "for".
The Board, also with five votes "for", concluded to propose to the Assembly to adopt the Proposal for a decision on determining the location for the construction of a residential and commercial building for the implementation of the "City Apartment" project; as well as the Proposal for a decision on determining the location for the construction of facilities - the Fairground and the Multifunctional Hall, and the Proposal for a decision on the amendment of the Decision on the installation, construction and removal of local facilities of general interest on the territory of the Capital City of Podgorica.
Vučinić announced that the board did not consider the proposal for the decision on the transfer of property rights to Montenegro on immovable property - for the purposes of implementing projects related to the facilities of the Collective Center "Vrela Ribnička", because it was proposed by the mayor - document number 02-016/24-197 of On March 19, she withdrew from the parliamentary procedure.
The committee did not even consider the Information on the need to harmonize the real estate tax, with the proposed conclusion, because the proponent of the material - councilor Milivoje Brković, withdrew it from the parliamentary procedure by act number 02-016/24-195 of March 19.
