The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation submitted criminal charges against foreign nationals to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, due to the well-founded suspicion that YAOA and AY submitted false and untrue educational documents, for which the competent secondary authorities are in the process of recognizing foreign educational documents on acquired secondary education schools found to be not credible.

"Therefore, it is reasonably suspected that the persons YAOA and AY have committed the criminal offense of document forgery under Article 412 of the Criminal Code," the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation announced.

They add that they expect the authorities to act in accordance with their competences and powers, in order to solve this significant institutional problem.
