The members of the RTV "Podgorica" Council (Gradska TV) unanimously adopted at today's meeting the proposal of the working group for systematization, as well as the financial report for last year.
This session was attended by the former acting director of Gradska TV, Rade Vojvodić and Adrijana Popović.
At the last session, the members discussed the Rulebook on systematization, but it was not adopted, but was sent back for revision.
The executive director of Gradska TV, Vladimir Otašević, then announced that the Act on systematization abolishes the position of editor and deputy of the news program. He said that a new position has been systematized, that of desk coordinator.
"This is an operational position. 89 employees are employed indefinitely in RTV Podgorica. The number of jobs has been increased to 53 with the new systematization. The head of the production sector informed us about the problems in the work. An increase in the number of studio shows is expected. is the previous staff for whom it was an additional charge without monetary compensation...", explained Otašević at the time.
Many members of the Council were concerned about how much systematization would cost, and they repeatedly warned that the purpose of the director's advisor was unclear.
Council member Aleksandar Đurišić said at today's session that systematization should not include the head of the fleet and the stylist.
"I believe that the systematization should be limited to a total number of 80 to 90 executors and, eventually, the powers of some of the management people should be strengthened, thus also the responsibility", said Đurišić.
Vojvodić: This year, 1.450.000 euros gross for salaries is projected
Vojvodić said at today's session that this year 1.450.000 euros gross was projected for salaries. He said that the highest viewership was in August last year when the number was five. He pointed out that the show "Arrhythmia" was widely viewed on several social networks, especially on the YouTube platform.
"Before the summer, I asked the columnists. When the program asks for something, it only asks for it, and you have certain funds... I asked for 2.150.000 euros in the budget for this year. I claim that it cannot be below two million," said Vojvodic.
President of the RTV "Podgorica" Council, Vesna Radulović, said that the working group would be created with the aim of properly drafting the "systematization text".

Đurišić said that the working group should be narrower and more specific. He also said that Gradska TV should be shut down if it does not achieve more notable results in the coming period. Radulović continued and explained that this should not be the goal, but that the aim is to improve that television.
Otašević said that he submitted a list of people who should be included in the systematization. The list includes, among other things, the director, representatives of the production sector, finance, the trade union, two lawyers...
Džudović said that systematization is the employer's discretion.
"I think that Council members have no place in the working group. We do not have the authority to work. We are here to see the end result," she said.
