A fire broke out on Obrov hill above Bijelo Polje tonight.
The fire broke out in several other locations in that municipality.
Commander of the Bjelopolje Protection and Rescue Service, Edin Kolić, told Television Vijesti that apart from Obrovo, there are also fires in the villages of Cerovo, Lozna and Dobrinje, and that the fires have not yet been localized.
Kolić points out that the houses are not threatened, and that extinguishing is made difficult by strong wind and inaccessible terrain.
He appeals to citizens not to light fires in the open air and to take seriously the situation with fires, which easily get out of control.
