The employees of Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) addressed the MPs who are members of the administrative committee of the parliament and said that Naod Zorić is not worthy of the post of member of the Council of RTCG.
Today, the administrative board should determine the names of candidates for members of the RTCG Council.
"Naod Zorić wants to extend his mandate. But he is unworthy of such a position, considering how he has so far defended the public interest. We remind you that Naod Zorić twice participated in the illegal election of Boris Raonic to the position of general director, in August 2021 and June 2023, which is indicated by the judgments of the Basic Court, the High Court, the Supreme Court and the opinion of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption," he writes in the address.
They believe that giving a new mandate to "such a person" is against the rule of law and the European Commission's warning against IBAR, "and for many voters and the public, it would be unequivocal complicity in jeopardizing the public interest."
