The Board of Directors of the Montefarm Health Institution of the Pharmacy of Montenegro (ZUACG) "Montefarm" obliged the acting (acting) director of "Montefarm" Aleksandar Bogavac to implement all the recommendations of the State Audit Institution (DRI).
"At the regular session held on April 9.4.2024, 26.2.2024, the Board of Directors considered the Action Plan for the implementation of recommendations submitted by ZUACG MONTEFARM to the State Audit Institution on February XNUMX, XNUMX, with the aim of implementing all issued recommendations. On that occasion, the Board of Directors obliged the acting director to implement all the recommendations of the State Audit Institution with the established deadlines and inform the Board as well as the State Audit Institution. The Board of Directors informed the Ministry of Health about all of the above," the statement of the Board of Directors of "Montefarma" emphasizes.
"Montefarm" previously received a positive opinion on the annual financial report for 2022, but a negative opinion on the regularity of business.
That is why the audit of the SAI was submitted to the Higher State Prosecutor's Office, which forwarded the case to colleagues from the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
On February 24, "Vijesti" announced that the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) forwarded the findings of the SAI on the operations of "Montefarm" to their colleagues from the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) for jurisdiction and action.
"Vijesti" announced on February 23 that from the findings of the DRI it follows that "Montefarm" took over the debt of the drug wholesaler Medicalana in the amount of 2022 euros to a commercial bank at the end of 80.000, although at that time, according to the documentation, it had no debts to that bank. to a private company.
