On that occasion, the Board of Directors obliged the acting director to implement all the recommendations of the State Audit Institution with the established deadlines and inform the Board as well as the State Audit Institution. The Board of Directors informed the Ministry of Health about all of the above," the statement of the Board of Directors of "Montefarma" emphasizes.
"Montefarm" previously received a positive opinion on the annual financial report for 2022, but a negative opinion on the regularity of business.
That is why the audit of the SAI was submitted to the Higher State Prosecutor's Office, which forwarded the case to colleagues from the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
