The EUR 95.5 billion budget of the European Union's most ambitious research and innovation program "Horizon Europe" is also available to the Montenegrin scientific and innovative community, while the Erasmus plus program is a key tool in improving the quality of education and research and supporting young talents to realize their potential, which is at the same time, the vision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, said Minister Anđela Jakšić Stojanović at the conference "Presentation of opportunities within the EU programs Creative Europe, Horizon Europe and Erasmus Plus" organized in Cetinje on the occasion of celebrating Europe Month.
Montenegro has been a participant in the Creative Europe program, the most important fund of the European Union for the field of culture, since the very establishment of the program, and the Erasmus plus program offers numerous opportunities for educational and professional horizons for students, associates, professors and researchers throughout Europe and the world, according to the Ministry's announcement education, science and innovation (MPNI). Jakšić Stojanović emphasized the importance of these programs.
"Through mobility, professional development and joint projects, we are building bridges to a better future," she said.
Jakšić Stojanović pointed out that the commitment of the MPNI to these programs encourages our scientists, innovators and young people to get involved and take advantage of the opportunities in front of them.
"We are proud and very satisfied with the cooperation we have with the Ministry of Culture and Media and the fact that we are aware that together we can do much more for the preservation and promotion of our rich cultural heritage," she concluded.
Minister of Culture Tamara Vujović, Head of the Directorate for Programming and Support to the Governing Body within the Ministry of European Affairs Irena Bošković and Ana Mariguesa Lorentzen, Program Officer for International Aid, Social Policy and Civil Society within the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro addressed the attendees.
After the introductory speeches, Anđela Radulović, Rina Muhaj and Milena Ražnatović presented the EU programs for science and innovation, education and culture, the MPNI announced.
