By amending the Decision on the budget of the Municipality of Mojkovac for this year, revenues and expenditures of 9,25 million are planned, which is an increase of about 1,5 million euros compared to the previous plan. The municipality, through the Ministry of Finance, will borrow for that amount from the European Investment Bank (EIB) in order to improve the wastewater management system.
As previously announced, the improvement of the system envisages the work of separating the sewage and atmospheric network in the city center in a length of 2.060 meters, the construction of new sewers in the settlements of Ambarine, Juškovića potok and Podbišće in a total length of 7,99 kilometers, for the needs of 2.500 inhabitants.
The second part refers to the rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plants. The facility upgrade will be designed in two phases, with a final capacity of 7.300 ES (equivalent inhabitants).
According to the amended Decision on the budget, current expenses will be 3,86, and capital expenses will be around 5,38 million euros. In that decision, a surplus of 3,5 million euros was also stated. The original revenues are now projected at 5,7 million euros. Excluding transfers and donations, the Municipality will receive the most, about 1,7 million euros, from taxes.
Almost 1,48 million euros will be spent on salaries in the Mojkovica local government, which is a slightly lower amount compared to the amount planned in the Budget Decision.
