On May 20, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić's office sent to the Ministry of Culture and Media a document identical in content to the one sent to Minister of European Affairs Maida Gorčević at the end of April in connection with controversial changes to media laws, and it was made on a template with the logo of the Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG). .
The Director of the Media Directorate in the Ministry of Culture and Media, Neđeljko Rudović, in today's reaction, responding to the claims of Spajić's cabinet that he announced a "notorious untruth" last night in the show "Reflektor" on Television Vijesti, submitted that document to the media.

"Whether I told a lie that the Ministry of Culture and Media was never officially informed of the amendments, or whether the Prime Minister's office misled the public, at the same time insulting me, can be seen from the correspondence referred to by the Prime Minister's office and the document from the Prime Minister's office sent on May 20," said Rudović, and delivered to the media a document with demands that are identical to those presented earlier this morning by the deputy of the Europe Now Movement (PES) Vasilije Čarapić, which were delivered to Minister Gorčević on April 30.
At the end of that document, it can be seen that it was made on the RTCG template.
The Prime Minister's Office asked the European Commission (EC) to check whether the proposals according to which the number of members of the RTCG Council would be increased from nine to 11 were in accordance with the European legal acquis, requiring five years of work experience for the director instead of ten as written in to the proposed Draft Law...
The cabinet also proposed that commercial televisions increase the share of their own production to 30 percent, and that RTCG be allowed to broadcast commercials in prime time again.
