The secretary of the Municipal Assembly (SO) of Nikšić, Ivana Šljukić, at the third session of the Children's Parliament, presented certificates of appreciation to small and large parliamentarians for their participation in the work of the Parliament and their contribution to the development of local democracy. The session discussed prevention and protection measures against addiction.
"You have shown a great deal of seriousness, dedication, knowledge, and responsibility, for which we have to thank your families and the educational institutions that delegated you to the Children's Parliament. I hope that your participation in the work of this parliament has further built you as a person and encouraged you to, in due course, take responsibility for managing the city and make your own contribution to the further progress of Nikšić", pointed out Šljukić, addressing, as she said, her dearest councilors. and councilors.

As she said, it is important that students are actively involved in projects that strengthen local democracy and thus build a better future.

"The observations you made about the environmental problems of Nikšić, and about the numerous challenges related to addiction diseases, are of inestimable importance for us as a local self-government. We will take them very seriously and, to the greatest extent possible, we will try to take into account all your suggestions, in order to raise the quality of life in Nikšić to an even higher level", said the secretary of the Council of Ministers.

Ljubica Abramović, head of the Office for Prevention of Addictive Diseases, also participated in the work of the session, who spoke about addictive diseases, prevention, with a focus on addiction to alcohol, tobacco, electronic cigarettes and social networks. Her presentation aroused the great interest of parliamentarians, so Abramović answered their numerous questions related to the topic of addiction.
