Rakočević: The commission rejected all 13 disciplinary procedures that the director of ASK initiated against the employees

The President of the Trade Union of Administration and Justice Nenad Rakočević announced that the disciplinary commission rejected all 13 disciplinary procedures that the director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) Jelena Perović initiated against the employees of that agency, and on the basis of which, he recalls, she suspended eight officials.

Rakočević said that justice is "slow but achievable", and that "injustice and injustice have received an institutional response".

"The persistent insistence of the ASK management on discrimination and mobbing of union members through the initiation of senseless procedures has always received a clear response from the Administration and Judiciary Union and myself as president. I hereby remind the public that the union represents the first line of defense of employees and its members against such heads of bodies and today we send a joint message that such illegal and arrogant behavior of the management must not be tolerated in the future and that we will insist that all costs and fees due to the illegal actions of ASK officials be paid by Mrs. Perović resign or if he does not want to turn to legal action and stop discrimination and mobbing of union members," said Rakočević.
