Health Minister Vojislav Šimun promised patients waiting for a kidney transplant that he would take all the necessary steps to solve their problem.
He said that they have sent a series of letters to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and countries where their treatment can be carried out, as well as that in agreement with clinics from the region, they will increase the transplant program.
The dialysis patient, Tanja Stanojević, said that they are full of optimism and are waiting for an answer from Minsk, so they are "packing things at least for that first examination".
Stanojević pointed out that they intended to radicalize the protests because they had disinformation at their disposal, but also that they gave up on that because the minister explained all the steps I would take in order to treat them.
