The State Audit Institution (DRI) published the Report on the implementation of the recommendations given in the Audit Report "Successful engagement of natural persons without establishing an employment relationship in state bodies", saying that five audit subjects implemented 34 out of 45 recommendations.
The subjects of the audit were: Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism, Tax Administration and Environmental Protection Agency.
It was said that two recommendations are in the implementation phase, and for nine recommendations, the implementation status has not been determined.

The competent Collegium concluded, as they say, that the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the Tax Administration should submit new Reports on the implementation of recommendations to the SAI by December 16, 2024, for recommendations that have not been implemented.
"With the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property and the Environmental Protection Agency, further monitoring of the recommendations is not necessary," the announcement concludes.
