This June 8, at the celebration of the XV NALLIJADE, the boundaries of professionalism, team spirit and success in the Montenegrin world of entrepreneurship were pushed.
The employees who marked 20 years of work: Milica Pavićević, Vesna Čolić, Dijana Šćekić, Bojan Durković, Valentina Popović, Suzana Petrović and Petar Mugoš were presented with a jubilee award of 10.000 euros, as a sign of gratitude and recognition for their contribution to the development of the NALL group.
While the president of the NALL group, Jovan Lekić, donated his prize of 10.000 euros to the Children's Home "Mladost" in Bijela and the Budi Human foundation from Podgorica. Donations were received by the director of the home, Marela Savić, and the executive director of the foundation, Goran Jovanović.
The multi-decade leader - NALL group, celebrated its jubilee 15th NALLIJADA, a team building that is held for the fifteenth year in a row in honor of the Independence Day of Montenegro. The two-day program of sports games, socializing and recreation at the Hotel Resort Ruža Vjetrova is organized in honor of all employees and their families.
It was also an opportunity to hand out jubilee awards for 20 years of work and express the employer's gratitude to its employees.
During the day, various sports competitions, animations for children, karaoke and other entertainment programs were held, for which awards and diplomas were presented to the best athletes.
An integral part of the event is the awarding of jubilee plaques to employees for whom this was the tenth NALLIJADA, on the occasion of which they received a family voucher for a stay at the Hotel Resort Ruža Vjetrova.
NALLIJADA was also an opportunity to celebrate the work anniversaries of employees with 15 years of service, with a traditional gift – a wristwatch with a dedication.
Jelena Popović, marketing and PR manager of the NALL group, presented them with awards and recognition.
After the whole day's activities and the award ceremony, a magnificent celebration was held during the night with local and regional music stars - the group Perper, Goca Tržan and a surprise guest, Jadranka Barjaktarović.
These moments testify to how far the employer can go beyond the framework of the superior-employee relationship and celebrate team spirit and leadership, which leads in the direction of the best employer and the best team.
