The complete digitization of the process in the Employment Office (ZZZ), the connection of its database with other institutions for the purpose of data exchange and the provision of suitable work, especially for young people, are key planned changes to the Law on Employment Mediation and Rights During Unemployment, announced the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of care (MRSS).
As they said, everything was done in step with the digitization of the process in ZZZ, "which is being successfully implemented and is expected to be completed by November this year".
"During the public discussion, a round table will be held on the draft amendments to the Law on mediation in employment and rights during unemployment - on Monday, June 24, from 10 a.m. in the old Government building. The change in the law is primarily approached due to the adjustment of the provisions for the smooth the introduction and implementation of the 'Youth Guarantee' program, which will begin to be applied from January 2025. Young people aged 15 - 29 will have easier access to the services of the Institute itself, to the provision of appropriate employment, additional education programs, or internships. it is stated in the announcement.
The MRSS points out that changes will also be made by defining the provisions "which will be the basis for the interoperability of the database, the aim of which is to connect the Institute with other institutions for the purpose of data exchange".
"It is possible that registration in the register of unemployed persons, as well as access to services for the labor market and rights during unemployment at the Institute, can also be achieved electronically, in accordance with the regulations on electronic administration. Therefore, the unemployed will be able to register in the register in the future , in addition to coming in person, they will also be able to submit requests for the exercise of their rights during unemployment. have so far burdened their performance of tasks provided for by law," the announcement reads.
"Employers will have easier procedures for applying for job vacancies, as applications for vacancies, as well as applications for the establishment and termination of employment, in addition to direct delivery, can also be submitted electronically to the Institute," the announcement concludes.
