The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (MLSS) has prepared the Draft Deinstitutionalization Strategy for the period 2024 - 2028, which is adopted for the first time in Montenegro, and includes an Action Plan for this year and the next.

"The strategy creates the basic conditions for respecting the right to life in the community, that is, the family, the active participation of the user in the creation, selection and use of rights from social and child protection, which results in the use of services in the least restrictive environment and involvement in everyday life activities.
