Councilor of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in Podgorica, Vladan Arsović, responded to yesterday's statements by the director of the city company "Vodovod i Kanalizacija" Aleksandar Nišavić.
"Director Vodovod Aleksandar Nišavić and his associates, in the absence of arguments and a way to refute my statements, only know how to insult on a personal basis, apparently not knowing that in this way he is only showing what he really is like. As someone who has not been to any position in Vodovod, but only responsibly performed the work of an engineer together with great colleagues in the project office, I can hardly understand the pains of director Nišavić, what a fear of losing his chair. Only a frustrated person, ready to compromise for the sake of preservation, can say bad things about my professional work their positions, and they obviously compose these answers, rarely managing to deny anything I previously communicated," Arsović wrote on IX.
"There is no denial either for the broken pump at the Šume restaurant, or for not chlorinating the water, or for breaking the law in not reporting the water findings at PS Farmaca. They do not mention the condition of the Iverak reservoir, nor do they deny the knowledge that there was no chlorination in PS Milješ either. and on Mareza. They don't even mention the many criminal charges filed against the company's director, because of mobbing and who knows what else. cousins and godfathers," he adds.
He says that Nišavić "says best about himself as a person with these reactions", and about his work, the implementation of the budget, "which is the worst in the history of the Vodovod".
"In the 'best' possible way, he justified his illegal appointment, for which his only recommendation was performances under the pseudonym DJ Svitac. And I, as a councilor, who is a thorn in their side, just because I point out their inaction and irregularities in work, I remain as an engineer, to do my work honorably and honestly, regardless of who is in power at that moment. And to you, Mr. Nišavić, lies and personal threats to councilors will not save that chair, nor will they stop us let's do our job. And I'm happy for the sake of all the company's workers, as well as the citizens of Podgorica, that you will soon be just the ugly past of Vodovod," concluded Arsović.
