ISO 9001 - The standard for the quality management system, the application of which lays the foundation for the continuous improvement of the quality of services, improvement of processes and efficiency, which leads to greater trust and satisfaction of users.

ISO 27001 - Standard for information security management, provides a systematic approach to the management of sensitive information, protection of user data and network infrastructure from cyber security threats, as well as compliance with regulations. ISO 27001 has the status of a leading international standard for information security management, and is therefore accepted as a standard in the largest and most successful business systems.

ISO 27033 - A network security standard that provides guidelines for the design, implementation and management of secure networks.

"From the aspect of accelerated technological innovations, the advantages, but also the challenges and risks they bring, the continuity of applying advanced standards in business, as well as constant updating, is important. This is precisely Telekom's competitive advantage, the confidence that comes from many years of application, knowledge of the purpose of the standards and related regulations. The latest versions of ISO certificates, relevant to business processes in Telecom, better reflect the challenges and opportunities brought by digitization and the use of new technologies, with a greater focus on sustainability, including improved compliance with international standards and regulations. A team composed of representatives of all sectors of the company worked on the certification project, since information security and the quality management system concern all employees. That's why now, we can continue to create new products with even more certainty and enthusiasm, with innovative, prestigious certificates in the background", he concludes. Papovic.
