Crnogorski Telekom has successfully completed the ISO certification process for the application of standards for information security management, network security, as well as for the quality management system.
"The application of ISO standards in Crnogorski Telekom has been carried out for years, with current recertification, and in this segment, we confirm the leading market position in the telecommunications framework in Montenegro. From the user's point of view, ISO certification can appear abstract, but in practical application it means for users and business associates of Crnogorski Telekom, the formation of a system base for an even higher level of service quality, more efficient service, stronger data protection, a more stable and reliable network," she said. Through recertification, Crnogorski Telekom has integrated the application of innovative versions of standards into its business processes:
ISO 9001 - The standard for the quality management system, the application of which lays the foundation for the continuous improvement of the quality of services, improvement of processes and efficiency, which leads to greater trust and satisfaction of users.
ISO 27001 - Standard for information security management, provides a systematic approach to the management of sensitive information, protection of user data and network infrastructure from cyber security threats, as well as compliance with regulations. ISO 27001 has the status of a leading international standard for information security management, and is therefore accepted as a standard in the largest and most successful business systems.
ISO 27033 - A network security standard that provides guidelines for the design, implementation and management of secure networks.
