"Nemanjić Days" is the name of the cultural-historical and tourist manifestation that will be organized by the Tourist Organization (TO), the Municipality of Mojkovac, the Center for Conservation and Archeology of Montenegro and the Center for Culture "Nenad Rakočević" from July 12 to 14. As announced by TO, the event "focuses on Brskovo, the oldest medieval town in Montenegro".

"On the first day, the exhibition 'Brskovo, the strength and glory of the medieval city' will be opened. It will be an exhibition of artifacts found during archaeological research at the site of medieval Brskov. The exhibition will be organized in the gallery of the Nenad Rakočević Cultural Center with the aim of bringing visitors closer to the history, culture and life of the people who lived in this area, as well as to promote and contribute to the strengthening of awareness of the cultural and historical heritage of this locality," they said. in TO.
After the exhibition, a short documentary film "Brskovo - a story that lasts" will be shown. The presentation of the best conceptual solution of the replica of medieval Brskov was announced for July 13. The best conceptual solution will be presented by Miloš Živanović, chief archaeologist at the archaeological research of medieval Brskov, and Master of History Marko Janketić, president of the Mojkovac Municipal Assembly (SO).
"On the same day, in the Šuškovina - Podbišće Nature Park, with the support of the Association for the Preservation of Old Crafts and Skills 'White Eagles', we will bring to history lovers multiple aspects of medieval life, customs, ways of fighting, archery, as well as the artistic side - calligraphy, mosaic... Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about old crafts and skills, but also to try their hand at shooting arrows, fencing and many other medieval games," the organizers of the event announce.

The TO reminds that the medieval town of Brskovo "was one of the most important mining and trading centers of the medieval Serbian state". The settlement of Brskovo was mentioned for the first time in the decision of the City Council in Kotor on August 22, 1243.
"For a long time, it was considered that the oldest mention of this settlement was in the contract of King Stefan Uroš I, concluded with the Dubrovnik municipality on August 13, 1254.
