Almost all accommodation facilities in Kolašin are full, according to the local Tourist Organization (TO).
The best visits are recorded by hotels, as well as some campsites around the city, where there are no more free places.
It is also good to visit private accommodation. As the TO director reminds Zorica Milašinović, this type of accommodation in Kolašin is categorized, mostly, with four or three stars and can compete with hotels.
Milašinović reminds that around 360 private accommodations (apartments, cottages, rooms) are registered in Kolašin, which is 45 more than last year. However, as the director of TO explains, in about 15 cases we are talking about renewed solutions for "old" providers of accommodation. About twenty are registered in newly constructed buildings in Kolašin.
TO explains that Kolašin is mostly visited by tourists who prefer an active vacation.
A significant increase in the number of tourists began on June 20, and the Basketball Camp and the International Goalkeeper Camp contributed to the good statistics at the end of June.
A Tango camp is currently being held in that city, whose organizers have announced a record number of participants, as well as a longer duration of the event.
"If we judge by the announcements for the coming months, it will be a great season. Bookings are extremely good for both July and August and great interest for September. The Bjelasica trail, for which there is great interest, and applications are coming daily, will mark the beginning of August. From August 7 to 20 is the 10th Korifej International Alternative Theater Festival," says Milašinović.
