The Institute "Komanski Most" renovated part of the necessary equipment through a donation from the Civil Aviation Agency.
As announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, thanks to that donation, the Institute "significantly improves the accommodation service it provides to people with disabilities and thus affects the improvement of living conditions in a public institution".
It was specified that through a donation, the institution provided a professional floor washing machine, as well as the missing equipment for repairing the air conditioning for the dining room of service users in the total value of 5.000 euros.
"The help is precious, and our institution also provides part of the funds for carrying out activities from donations. "Additional zest for work is given when you remember and support the efforts to improve the living conditions for the 117 users of the Institute", said the director of the "Komanski Most" JU. She presented the director of the Agency with a thank-you note for the help, support and humanity shown, as well as a gift - handmade by the users of the Institute, which, the Ministry announced, "was made with love with the desire to convey a part of gratitude for the attention shown".
Šćekić said that ACV, along with the dedicated implementation of competences and strengthening of the institution, takes care of social responsibility.
He reminded that, instead of the traditional celebration for the 15 years of the Agency's existence, with the support of the Council, it was decided to direct 15.000 euros to humanitarian purposes for three public institutions, that is, 5.000 euros each.
