The kindergarten administration of the JPU "Đina Vrbica" will initiate disciplinary proceedings against several employees because a five-year-old child left the premises of the educational unit in Zeta and headed home.
According to unofficial information from "Vijesti", the management of the kindergarten "Đina Vrbica" believes that it is a serious breach of duty, primarily by the teacher in the educational group to which the child belonged, but also by other employees whose carelessness left the door of the facility unlocked and unsecured.
It was announced from JPU "Đina Vrbica" that the management was informed about the event that happened in the educational unit "Zvezdani vrt" - Zeta.
"Immediately upon learning about the same management initiated a legal procedure in order to determine what happened. Until the end of the disciplinary procedure, the employees were suspended. The management of the Public Prosecutor's Office "Đina Vrbica" hereby expresses its regret and we emphasize that we ourselves were unpleasantly surprised by this event. After of the implemented legal procedure, the public will be informed in a timely manner about the implemented decision", was the official statement from the administration.
The parents of a five-year-old boy who attends the "Zvjezdani vrt" kindergarten in Zeta claim that the teacher threw their five-year-old son out of the classroom yesterday because of disobedience, after which he went out into the street, because the door of that educational institution was not locked.
"A friend called us, it was about 11 o'clock in the morning that the child they left in the kindergarten was found on the main road Podgorica-Zeta, scared and crying, completely pale, practically traumatized child who was in the kindergarten and who is the so-called teacher kicked her out of the classroom, slammed the door and said 'get out' because he was being naughty or something. The child got scared, took his backpack and went out through the door of the nursery which was not locked, which was supposed to be locked so the children couldn't that they were leaving the kindergarten, but he got out and walked about a kilometer and a half through traffic, so we've been in chaos since yesterday," the child's father, Darko Rašović, told Television Vijesti.
Rašović told Television Vijesti that the teacher allegedly told them that his son asked to go to the toilet, and that after a few minutes, when she saw that he was not coming back, she went looking for them, but to no avail. The boy's father disputes that they were not informed about it immediately.
"If we hadn't found him, who knows when they would find out where our child is and what happened to him"
On this occasion, they gave a statement to the police, because they want to establish the responsibility of the employees.
