"I have the obligation to, as the executive director, on behalf of Parking Service Tivat, send a clearer explanation in relation to the text that appeared in the daily newspaper "Vijesti" on August 2, 8.
As the title incorrectly states that certain "packs" or criticisms were addressed to the Parking Service at the meeting of the Coordination Team for the preparation and monitoring of the tourist season in 2024, and further on in the text not finding a connection with the statements in the title, I believe it is important that for the sake of the citizens, we give a clearer explanation.
In this regard, we are also reacting, because it cannot be concluded from the text that I myself attended this meeting, which I hereby confirm that I did, as well as that, like the other managers, I spoke about the work and activities of our company.
For the sake of clarification, first of all, the criticisms directed in relation to hygiene related to part of the building, i.e. to the platforms, waiting room and others, which is still used by "Bus station" doo Tivat to carry out its core business. It is true that we share the building, where we still use three offices on the second floor of the building and have a separate official entrance.
For the sake of understanding, the management of Parking Service Tivat, led by me, has not yet taken over the activities and employees of the Bus Station, due to the ongoing process. More precisely, the employees who are engaged in work at the bus station are still employed by the company "Autobuska stanica" doo Tivat.
In this regard, the management of the Parking service, headed by me, has neither the competence nor the authority to issue work assignments to employees, who, based on the employment contract they have with Autobuska stanica doo Tivat, receive their fees and are treated as employees of another legal entity. persons, i.e. they are employees of the company "Autobuska stanica" doo Tivat.
Parking servis d.o.o. Tivat formally and legally has no authority over the employees of another legal entity at the bus station and their work tasks and obligations, which the management of the Municipality of Tivat is familiar with and continues to do so. Anything to the contrary would mean going beyond the scope of authority and directly interfering in the management structure of another company.
When it comes to hygiene, I absolutely agree and in the true sense of the word I support that special emphasis should be placed on it and I am the one who insists on it, because I believe that we are all really representatives and faces of our municipality, which is recognized as one elite tourist destination.
For spaces, facilities and surfaces managed by Parking servis doo Tivat and which are given to us to manage for the performance of basic activities, Parking servis doo Tivat has, in addition to a hygienist, an employee who regularly and daily maintains our parking lots entrusted to us - from emptying waste , cleaning, washing, up to pruning and mowing, as well as a professional technical person responsible for the technical correctness of all of the above.
