The Ministry of Tourism, led by Minister Simonida Kordić, donated tablet computers to residents of the "Mladost" Children's Home in Bijela.

As announced, this gesture is part of the ministry's continuous efforts to support the education and development of children and youth, "especially those who are deprived of parental care".

"We are aware of the importance of the role that JU Children's Home 'Mladost' Bijela plays in our society, providing safety and care for children who have lost their parents. In the 21st century, IT literacy is essential for every individual, and our goal is to enable these children equal access to education and technology, in order to prepare for the future that awaits them," said Kordić, as reported by Media Biro.

The Director of the Home, Marela Savić, thanked the Ministry for the donation and emphasized the importance of such support for the daily life and education of children.

"This donation is more than material aid – it is an investment in the future of our children. Tablets will enable our residents to follow lessons, explore new content and develop their skills in a way that is in line with modern standards," said Savić.

The Ministry of Tourism will continue to support such initiatives, recognizing their key role in building a better and fairer future for all young people in Montenegro, the announcement concludes.
