In Montenegro, there are about 400 preschool, primary and secondary educational institutions and institutions for the education of children with special educational needs, each of these institutions has school/management boards consisting of two representatives of the Ministry, or two representatives of the Municipality for institutions founded by the Municipality, two representatives of employees and one representative of parents, i.e., from the field of professional education, two representatives of employees, three representatives of the Ministry, i.e. three representatives of the Municipality for institutions founded by the Municipality, one representative of social partners and one representative of parents", said the vice-president of the Civic Movement URA and deputy in the Parliament of Montenegro, Filip Adžić.
He announced that until the General Law on Education was amended, over 2.000 members of school/management boards, including representatives of the Ministry, municipalities, employees, parents and social partners, elected school principals, and now only the minister does this.
"Spajić, Čarapić, Jakšić Stojanović and the rest of the gang want to convince us that it is more transparent, more professional and with less political influence. That one is smarter, more informed and more knowledgeable than over 2.000. That fraud can pass the test of the deputies, but it cannot for honest citizens , which will certainly turn out on September 29 when they go to the polls," Adžić concluded.
