It was undisputedly established that the material deposited in Gornja Zeta cannot damage the health of citizens and affect the environment, announced the Municipality of Zeta and invited the Ecological Inspection and the Environmental Protection Agency, which carried out the inspection, to disclose their analysis for the sake of objective information.
The Municipality of Zeta reacted to the writing of "Vijesti" that in the vicinity of the asphalt base of the Podgorica company "Roads", in the Cijevna settlement in Zeta, waste was deposited, which the employees, unofficially, claim is grit, which no one else wanted to accept. and which was not even properly disposed of.

"As a responsible local self-government that works in the interest of all the citizens of Zeta, we have to clarify the situation that happened on the territory of our municipality, since there is speculation in the media about allegations regarding the disposal of industrial waste in Gornja Zeta.
The Municipal Police and Inspection Services immediately upon learning that waste is being dumped on the territory of our municipality, carried out an inspection and requested and received the necessary documents on the disposal of municipal waste from the responsible person from the company 'Putevi', and finally drew up a report signed by the competent municipal inspector.
For the sake of objective information, we invite the Environmental Inspection, since they also carried out the inspection, to publish their report because they were on the ground, as well as for the people from the Environmental Protection Agency to disclose the analysis that it is a mixture of several substances and that for the sake of the citizens of Zeta and the whole "Montenegro puts an end to all media speculations that we can read in most print and electronic media, because it has been indisputably established that this substance cannot damage the health of citizens and affect the environment," the response states.
The Municipality of Zeta added that it is their duty to protect the environment, but also the dignity of the Municipality, to work in the interest of all the citizens of Zeta because, as they say, they are a service for the citizens of Zeta, not small and large companies.
In addition to responding, the Municipality of Zeta also submitted photos of the minutes submitted by the Municipal Inspection and the police, which, as they say, was responsible for solving this problem and carried out the inspection.
