The Podgorica company "Zelenilo" will soon reconstruct Karađorđev park and build two completely new parks near the elementary school "Oktoih" and the shopping center "Bazar", the local company, headed by Mr. Petar Krivokapić.
"Zelenilo", in cooperation with the Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica, arranged a parking lot in Balšića Street last week with nursery-grown hedge seedlings.
As they said then, in addition to the nursery-grown hedge seedlings, the installation of water installations will also be carried out.
They explained to "Vijesti" that they also plan to decorate more streets in the capital.
"In addition to this landscaping, landscaping is underway in Svetozar Markovića Street, 27. Marta Street, Bratstva i Jedinstva Street, and then in Vlada Ćetkovića Street," they said from "Zelenil".
According to them, the total investments foreseen in this year's budget, "related to the greening of public areas in the capital, amount to 3.076.000 euros".
They also announced the completion of the construction of a mini-park and a children's playground in the Zagorič settlement in Podgorica.
As "Vijesti" wrote earlier, for the better business of Podgorica's "Zelenil", as they said at the time, an auxiliary facility was necessary.
The parliamentary majority at the previous session of the Capital City, however, did not vote on the decision to create conditions for obtaining technical documentation and a location for the construction of a new facility.
The club of councilors of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) said then that decisions on the construction of auxiliary facilities cannot be made for the sake of political points in election campaigns. He explained that the construction of additional facilities for the needs of companies "should correspond to their long-term needs".
"Even if more money is needed for investment. We do not want improvisations, but the construction of facilities according to professional standards that will meet the needs of the company for a longer period of time", they stated.
