Čović: Who gave confirmation to Raonic that he has five years of experience

Srđan Čović, one of the candidates for the General Director of the Radio and Television of Montenegro, made a statement in anticipation of today's session of the RTCG Council, where interviews with candidates for that position should be held.

He says, among other things, that the Acting General Director of the Public Service, Boris Raonic, if he "suddenly was seized with moral responsibility in order to properly fill out the application that there is no obstacle to running for office", he should have done it from his own budget, and not for the Council President Veselin Drljević requests the lawyers to give an opinion that the decisions they unsuccessfully defended in the courts are now invalid.

He also asked whether by willingly participating in the interview organized by the "Drljevic Council" one becomes "an accomplice in their enterprise, giving it legitimacy."

"We received a notice from colleagues from the media community sent to them by Assoc. Dr. Veselin Drljević, the person who performs the duties of the President of the RTCG Council. A handful of skipped letters in the items of the agenda did not prevent us from realizing that Assoc. Dr. Drljević as the fifth item of the agenda during the session of the RTCG Council, he decided to listen to 9 candidates for the position of general director. In addition, due to our convenience, journalists will receive a link and free time to follow us, and the gallery receives many people when necessary Raonic's image building at ad hoc COK exhibitions. Or there is a lack of space because some candidates will fly in with the kayak on which they gained the missing 20 months of academic work experience. So now we all have to live the Saturday afternoon fever with Drljevic's team.

"We think that the arrival of one candidate cannot reduce the comfort of colleagues who will hear miracles about the European Championship and the Olympics, which we assume will be presented by the illegal director of TVCG, who in a shortened procedure, without waiting for all the applications, was approved by the illegal general director of RTCG December 29, 2023. Although we all know very well that he earned his place ten days earlier when a decision-maker from the establishment was warmly welcomed by Raonic and Drljevic. Discreetly, without a toast or kneeling.

"Something was left unfinished in the invitation to the media and candidates. Are we, due to the form of communication, obliged to honestly address the chairman as assistant doctor, given that assistant professor represents an academic title for a period of five years, and a doctorate is an academic title independently acquired. And that - "whoever publishes, in whole or in part, another author's work under his own name, on the basis of which he is elected to a scientific or teaching scientific profession, shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment for up to four years", Article 223 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro. Keep him there.

"And even more vaguely, who gave the confirmation to Raonic that he has 5 years of experience and did he receive an order or a coherent legal interpretation for that? Who gave that legal interpretation? If one of the lawyers paid by RTCG to protect the interests of RTCG, then he must to see if they are the same ones who were the advisors of the RTCG Council for the act of re-election with the humiliation of the High Court. So, if Zorica Đukanović and the young Zeković receive money from the RTCG, ergo the citizens of Montenegro and stamped Raonic's ambitions, the Bar Association will have to join in. I guess they also have a code of ethics that says you can't work to the detriment of the client, i.e. RTCG.

"If Raonic was suddenly seized with moral responsibility in order to properly fill out the application that there is no obstacle to running, then he should have done it from his own budget, and not for Drljević, Assoc. Ph.D. Veselin, to send requests to lawyers to give an opinion that the decisions unsuccessfully defended in the courts, now puj pike is not valid, and that Raonic is a perfect candidate.

If the members of the RTCG Council, in addition to 8 candidates with 200 years of experience in the RTCG, choose the worst law student in the history of the Faculty of Law, Boris Raonic, who during his three years of service in the RTCG (illegal) messed up all the principles stated in the mission, vision and goals his home GA, then this is another good reason and proof to file a criminal complaint on Monday, September 2. Only this time, Đukanović and Zeković will not be paid by the citizens of Montenegro.

"It is a civic duty to write such a harsh text, since there is already a criminal complaint against the criminal association of Raonic, Drljevic and other members of the RTCG Council. Since the described activities are recognized as setting up the illegal re-election of Raonic, all of this arises as an obligation from Article 385 of the CCCG, i.e. .the consequence of not reporting the crime, which is a criminal offense against the judiciary.

"By publishing in the media, the civic duty has been fulfilled. Finally, the question... does willing participation in the interview organized by the Drljevic Council make you an accomplice in their enterprise, giving it legitimacy? We invite the professional public to get involved. Raonic's lawyers can too. If it's enough for them ", Covic announced.
