The representatives of Crmnica have announced a new protest and blockade of the Sozina tunnel for Sunday (tomorrow) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. near the Kalamper pump in Virpazar.
They say that "enough was enough" and that after the protest in front of the Municipality of Bar, there were several inaccurate media reports.
Aleksandar Plamenac, one of the organizers, said that instead of denying those allegations in the contents in which he is mentioned, they address all citizens together because the common interest is more important than the personal one.
"We have to remind you of our statement from earlier, which is that we know that the words of many politicians, honorable exceptions, do not carry any weight, so we look at anyone's promises, but of course we give everyone a chance to correct something that they themselves have publicly admitted as an omission, and finally do the right thing, for the benefit of everyone," they said.
They pointed out that they do not want to use this opportunity to deny some incorrectly stated statements in the media and that they want to go forward, further, to continue the fight for something that they consider to be right, legal and just, humane, to solve problems because in the first place actions are theirs, not words.
However, they know that deeds can be done with words, so they agreed to a meeting with the President of the Municipality of Bar, during the protest in front of the Municipality building.
"Not because we really wanted to talk to him, but because we considered it necessary because he is the head of an institution that is also ours. Because we are still part of the Municipality of Bar, and we considered him, and we still consider him responsible for the many accumulated problems in the area of Crmnica and in the city of Bar itself, stolen resources in Crmnica, emigration, lack of basic living facilities, pharmacies that have been closed for years, and in Bar, the failure to build a couple of footbridges and underpasses, which would have solved the traffic collapses in Šušanj and Sutomor , as well as many other new and inherited problems and paradoxes," they wrote in the statement.
They repeated that they do not consider them personally the answer, but as the first representative of that institution.
They said that the media often do not convey their positive words, but highlight and take out of context something that can be interpreted negatively.
That is why they repeat once again that they are aware that the Municipality of Bar is a large administration, with many teams and secretariats, where they certainly, as is the case in all of Montenegro, work, "in addition to those who are unjustifiably prominent, and far from being the best, and far from being heroes in any story, fairy tale or not to mention fables, and all those wonderful people who don't come to the fore, but deserve it".
Despite numerous attempts to reduce everything to a personal level, in their words, and the story that indicates that they are the problems of the old systems, and unfortunately also of the new ones, where constructive criticism is reacted to with the "what do you have against me" attitude, they continue in unison , they don't pay attention to all the backward things that try to hold them back from the first day, from all sides.
They say, they have suffered enough from the consequences of bad decisions by various actors of the political scene, "they have been held hostage by those creators, that is, the constructors of time machines, going back 100 years, they have allowed enough, stolen resources, the status of second-class citizens, which they only remember before the elections." .
That's why they say - Well, that's enough.
"Once again, we call on the Government of Montenegro, from which we have not received a response even after several months of submitting the initiative with over 500 signatures, to urgently get involved in solving this problem, because we can think, and we mean it when it comes to all responsible parties, that no one is in a hurry, and they, along with other untimely parties, are to blame for the alleged 'negative effects' of our protests. municipality, where even though the media reported in such a way, no agreement was reached, except for the agreement to urgently send a letter to the competent institutions at the state level, and to continue the activities of the working group," they said.
However, although they expected that someone would call them the very next day, it did not happen, so they call on the entire Montenegrin public to contact the responsible parties and ask them why the protests of the people of Crmnica are still going on, what they did to prevent this from happening, and when already arrived, and what did they do to resolve the issue urgently. They reminded that the working group already exists and that a month ago a draft contract was drawn up by the Municipality of Bar and "Monteput", according to them, it was swept under the carpet and was not mentioned again.
"We can have 20 working groups, but if there is no sincere intention of the decision-makers to solve this issue urgently, then these working groups are just a carnival mask, or rather a "phantom" mask, and the people of Crmni don't like masks, they only use them sometimes, when the vines are spraying, and the "nečesovi djao" or wind is blowing," they concluded.
That's why they invite everyone to their new protest, on Sunday, the first of September, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Kalamper gas station near Virpazar.
"To learn something new together as students, or to confirm the material, and then show everyone what we have learned and what we know. To everyone who will come for the first time, we shout in a clear voice, the first day as a protest so that you are not late", and who are always there so and together with the new ones, the youth was applied and happiness lived," said the people of Crmnica.
