For the third time in a row, Company One and its employees are actively participating in the action "Let's share, because together we can do more", organized by the Parents Association. This initiative aims to facilitate the start of the school year for children from socially disadvantaged families, providing them with the necessary school equipment. Through this gesture of solidarity, One employees demonstrate their commitment to the community and concern for students who face challenges.
"Community is not just a word, but a principle by which we work and live. Every year again, this campaign gives us the opportunity to show that together we can do much more for children and their families. I am extremely proud of our employees, who show selflessness and dedication to the community year after year. Their willingness to help at crucial times, such as the beginning of the school year, proves that together we can do much more. Thanks to their enthusiasm and support, every child we touch through these initiatives gets a chance for a better start, and we as a company show that true togetherness really changes lives," she said. Biljana Radusinović, director of the human resources management sector at the One company.

Executive Director of the Parents Association, Kristina Mihailović, emphasized the importance of One's continued support and the importance of action in the current circumstances.
"The association Parents in companies, especially those that recognize the importance of socially useful work and community support, has been a key partner since its foundation, and we greatly appreciate their support for both the users of our services and our services. ONE company is one of them, and we are especially grateful to its employees who are always ready to get involved and support the most vulnerable," said Mihailović.

This year, the One company is making it even easier to return to school through another significant contribution. With a recent donation of computers, that company supported the introduction of bilingual education in 12 elementary schools across Montenegro, thus ensuring that all students get equal opportunities to acquire key knowledge and skills that will help them better prepare for the global market.
"Our support for education in Montenegro is continuously developed and adapted to the needs of the community. Through numerous initiatives, we equipped schools with modern computer rooms, donated sports equipment and, in cooperation with the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, created educational video lessons on topics such as peer violence, discrimination, tolerance and many others. Also, together with our Olympians, we organized physical education classes in order to bring children closer to the importance of sports and healthy lifestyles," said Radusinović.
All these activities unequivocally confirm that the company One, as the first mobile operator in Montenegro, has consistently acted as a reliable and dedicated partner to the community from the very beginning.
"Through projects like the previous initiative 'Surf smartly', as well as many others that we implement with international partners and local organizations, we are always with the youngest, providing them with the support they need to grow, learn and progress," concluded Radusinović.
