The European Union in Kotor will strive to enrich educational programs, but also to support sports and athletes, announced Tanja Popović, a candidate on the list "European Union (SD, SDP, LP and citizens) - Kotor will shine".
"We will advocate for the general interest of children and youth, because we want our children to shine with the light of the palace of the city of Kotor," she stated.
He points out that the city of Kotor is a hotbed of talents in sports, science and music.
He emphasizes that children are the foundation of every society and that by investing in children, "we create a responsible, positive and civil society above all."
"We will try to enrich education, apart from the public plan and program of the Ministry of Education of Montenegro, with new programs starting from preschool age. We will support sports clubs, both individual and team, we will support individuals in both categories," said Popović.
He also referred to talents in music, of which, according to her, Kotor is a nursery.
"We have witnessed that Kotor is a nursery of musical talents, we have witnessed that many of our children have won a large number of prizes at major competitions. We will try everything to support them and give them a boost. Music, which connects the mind to the body, says everything about the overall development of the child," concluded Popović.
