The municipality of Mojkovac has announced a public tender for co-financing and securing repayment of loans for the adaptation of common parts of residential buildings.
The investments that will be supported by the competition are the adaptation of roof coverings on the common parts of the residential building, as well as works that do not affect the stability and safety of the building, and which do not change the external appearance in relation to the project and do not affect the safety of neighboring buildings...
Co-financing of the adaptation will be in the amount of up to 20 percent of the total estimated value of the works, shown in the offer of the authorized contractor, but not more than 2.000 euros.
"The municipality provides a loan repayment guarantee for a period of up to six years, so that the total amount of the bank loan does not exceed the sum of the monthly available installments of the beneficiary of the funds for the maximum specified period. An acceptable offer for the execution of works cannot exceed the sum of current funds in the account, funds from co-financing and the amount of the loan. The agreement between the Municipality and the Assembly of Condominium Owners will regulate in detail the conditions of collection and return of funds to the Municipality, if the issued guarantee is activated and its collection by creditors", the Municipality explained.
The location of the buildings is one of the criteria on the basis of which the commission will determine the list of priorities, so the requests of the tenants of the buildings in the A zone will be evaluated the most, followed by the first, second, third... and other zones. The construction condition of the roof is among the criteria, so those that are completely damaged will have the most points. The building condition of the facade is also scored, so priority will be given to buildings that require this type of adaptation.
