A repeated tender is in progress, with which the Municipality of Kolašin is trying to find a contractor for the renovation of building S4 in Mirka Vešovića Street 1 and Professorske buildings in 13.jula Street in Kolašin.
According to the documentation, the renovation of those two buildings will cost almost 132.000 without VAT.
As it is written in the tender documentation, about 100.000 euros will be spent on the renovation of residential buildings S4, while the rest will be spent on works on the Professor's building.
The previously canceled tender meant that the work on the two buildings in Kolasin cost significantly more, so the total value was 152.000, of which 120.000 euros for S4.
As it says, the tender was canceled because the bidder did not submit the bid guarantee, which was mandatory.
This year's spatial planning and urban rehabilitation program plans to spend 340.000 euros on the adaptation of buildings from the local budget. Works on buildings, as explained in the document, refer to Adaptation of residential buildings, roofs, facades, gutters...
