The storm and the heavy rain that came within half an hour turned part of the road into a river.
The newly built atmospheric channel is not enough to solve the problem of torrential streams that create a problem in the center during every major storm.
The company Tradeunique, which manages the TQ Plaza complex, apparently got "burned" a month ago when, during a similar storm, the garage of that shopping and hotel center was completely submerged.
Today they raised a dam and prevented the water from entering, but the torrential stream flooded the parking lot and the plateau behind the city post office.
The weather stabilized after half an hour.
