"On Tuesday, the Urban Planning and Construction Inspection carried out an inspection of the 'Lamele C' building in the Zabjelo neighborhood of Podgorica and found that the construction work continued, despite the previously adopted decisions on banning construction, closing the construction site, the decision on demolition and the initiation of administrative proceedings. executions. These activities were carried out despite the official seal placed on the construction site," the announcement states.
As it is added, due to the established irregularities, which include the violation of the official seal and sign, the urban planning and construction inspection immediately informed the Police Directorate, in order to take further measures with the aim of securing a ban on the continuation of construction. The aforementioned actions were carried out in coordination with the prosecutor on duty, said the MDUP.
