Additional appointments for vaccination of children are planned for September 14 and 15 in the health facility Stara Varoš - Pobrežje from 9:13 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., the Capital City Health Center announced.
"Timely vaccination protects your children from measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis, polio, invasive diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b, tetanus, hepatitis B and others.
Considering that the school year has started and that the little ones have started their stay in preschool institutions, we appeal to all parents to pay attention to the importance of immunization, in order to ensure safety in the collective environment, due to the epidemiological significance, the appeal is on the status of immunization with vaccines which contain components against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, measles, mumps and rubella," the announcement states.
The Capital City Health Center asked parents and guardians whose children were not properly vaccinated according to the mandatory immunization calendar to use the opportunity to vaccinate their children during the weekend without prior appointment.
