Part of the street on the 4th of July in Podgorica, especially in front of the "Leptirić" educational unit of the "Đina Vrbica" kindergarten, was flooded, and the parents claim that the water threatens the building as well.
They also submitted videos to "Vijesti".
The management of the kindergarten told "Vijesta" that upon learning of the problem, they immediately alerted the city services, because it is assumed that the sewage drains are blocked, which is why the water cannot drain away, so it collects on the road.
"Vijesti" was also told that the water level in that part of the street had risen before, but not as much as this morning.
