Idea-CG employs more than 2600 people, and during 2024 it invested 4,2 million euros in improving working conditions for its employees, which represents an important strategic determinant of business. In this sense, Idea-CG continues to reward its employees in September with gift vouchers in the amount of 180 euros, which is an investment worth more than half a million euros.
Milica Ilić Bošković, director of the Human Resources Sector, she said that the company will continue to improve working conditions in the future. "Employees are the carriers of all our processes and company successes and are our greatest strength. Therefore, with these and similar investments, we strive to create a supportive and encouraging work environment, with the aim of establishing a balance between private and business life. We will continue to monitor the needs of our employees and respond to them in an adequate way, both this year and in the next year," said Milica Ilić Bošković.
In addition to the mentioned September gift, Idea-CG prepared for all the children of employees who entered school this September, a total of 93 of them, now traditional special gift packages.
