The outgoing government in Podgorica had a year and a half to start the construction of Vojislavljević Boulevard, but they didn't have the time, dealing with party recruitment and revanchism towards dissenters, said Miloš Mašković, a candidate for councilor from the list "European Union - Boris Mugoša (SDP, SD, LP and citizens) - Podgorica for example".
"Today, less than two weeks before the extraordinary local elections, Prime Minister Spajić announces the construction of that boulevard. It's called an official campaign and abuse of public resources for pre-election purposes. It's good that the citizens of Podgorica are aware of what is happening in our city and who worked in their interest, and who neglected their needs in the previous year and a half.
"Bulevar Vojislavljevića will build a new government gathered around the European Union, because the citizens will say No to Spajić and his team on September 29," said Mašković.
