Information about the salaries of employees in the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) has been circulating on social networks for some time. Has anyone explained to the citizens how it is possible for certain doctors to earn enormous amounts, while other doctors of the same rank are on the verge of a decent existence, asks Milena Dapčević, a candidate for the Montenegrin Civic Action councilor in the upcoming local elections in Podgorica.
"Can someone explain the fact that the head nurse has a higher salary than the subspecialist doctor? Why did the KCCG management not speak out on this topic? It would be useful if all employees in this institution received instructions from the management on how to earn a salary of 5000 euros per month?", she states in the press release she submitted to the media.
Dapčević also wonders whether work and commitment are enough or whether it is necessary to be politically suitable and close to management.
"We will work on transparency and depoliticization of public institutions. Take action! Be yourself! Vote for CGA! Vote number 12!", she concluded.
