Nikšić DPS filed a criminal complaint for burying infected cows in Bogetići

The Nikšić committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) announced that they filed a criminal complaint against authorized and responsible persons in the Municipality of Nikšić, the city company "Komunalno Nikšić", the Veterinary Inspection and the person or persons on whose property, in the local community of Bogetići, euthanized cows were buried infected with kyu fever.

According to them, the report was submitted due to the suspicion that they had committed criminal acts of environmental pollution and environmental pollution with waste.

"As a reminder, recently cows infected with Q-fever were first illegally buried in the territory of Nikšićka County, and then again, contrary to rules and procedures, they were dug up, transported and buried in the territory of Bogetić, and all according to the previous order and agreement of the aforementioned persons, as a result of whose actions is a danger to the life and health of people, to the quality of air, water and land, but also a danger to the animal world," says Nikšić DPS.

"We call on the competent prosecutor's office to act on the submitted criminal report, to present all the necessary evidence in the process, to establish the identity of the persons responsible for this scandal, and the decision-makers are the Municipality of Nikšić, the Municipal Nikšić and the Veterinary Inspection and natural persons, and that the defendants be found guilty and sentenced in accordance with the law," the announcement concludes.
