Considering the information on the activities of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) in the process of monitoring and controlling the election campaign in the Capital City, the Council of the ASK tasked the Acting Director of the ASK to undertake all measures and actions related to the determination of possible violations of the Law on the Financing of Political Entities as well as to carry out without delay the administrative procedure regarding the adoption of the Decision of the Capital City on free transportation, as well as to report to the Council on the outcome of that procedure and other procedures of violation of the law by other subjects of supervision within five days.

"In relation to the procedures in which the KAS is acting in a retrial according to the judgments of the Administrative Court of Montenegro, in which a new decision of the Agency has not yet been made in accordance with the reasons for termination, the Acting Director of the Agency was unanimously asked to submit a detailed report to the Council within 15 days information regarding the procedures that have not been completed after the delivery of the judgments of the Administrative Court of Montenegro, along with information on the actions taken for each individual case and that the Agency takes over the mentioned cases in the shortest possible time and makes legal decisions or opinions", the statement signed by Mladen emphasizes Tomović, deputy president of the ASK Council.

The KAS Council added that when it comes to the implementation of the Annual Plan for verification of reports on the income and assets of public officials, as well as the irregularities observed so far related to the new report form, the Council noted that, according to the information provided by the acting director Agencies, the existing electronic Income and Assets Report Form, amended contrary to the Law on Prevention of Corruption.

"In this regard, the Council requested from the Acting Director of the Agency information on the number and type of control reports, the manner in which the checks have been carried out so far, as well as information on whether the checks in question were carried out contrary to the law and the Check Plan, and that take all the necessary measures and actions so that the electronic form of the income and assets report is in compliance with the Law," the announcement reads.

It is stated that the Council also tasked the Acting Director of KAS to, without delay, begin with additional checks on the income and property reports of public officials, in accordance with the Annual Plan of Checks.

"The Council also requested the delivery of the Rulebook on Systematization of the Agency with the opinion of the representative Union of the Agency on the proposal of the Rulebook on Systematization, within seven days," the announcement concludes.
