The executive director of Deponija d.o.o. Podgorica, Aleksandar Božović, handed over benches and tables made of eco-materials, as well as containers for selective waste disposal, to "Vuk Karadžić" Primary School (OS) in Zabjelo, Podgorica.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced that on the occasion of marking 34 years since Montenegro was declared an ecological state, the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović and Božović, visited the elementary school "Vuk Karadžić" in Zabjelo.
"On that occasion, Mr. Božović handed over furniture for the yard, which includes two sets of benches and tables made of eco-materials, as well as containers for selective waste disposal, and the yard of the Vuk Karadžić Primary School in Berane will be improved in the same way. After the successful implementation activities of collecting and recycling textbooks and notebooks, we continued cooperation by equipping school yards in order to encourage the development of ecological awareness and contribute to the preservation of the environment," reads the MPNI announcement.
