On Friday, September 27, entrance to all national parks and museums in Montenegro will be free on the occasion of World Tourism Day, the Ministry of Tourism announced.
As announced, this was provided in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Culture and Media.
"Also, the relevant ministry, together with the Kotor-Lovćen cable car, the Public Enterprise for the Management of Marine Assets, and the tourism organizations of the Capital of Cetinje, Kotor and Herceg Novi, will provide transportation and free cable car rides for children from Home in Bijela, and students of SSŠ 'Sergije Stanić' and JU Secondary Vocational School from Cetinje," the announcement states.
"We also emphasize that on this occasion the Ministry of Tourism will donate black pine seedlings to Lovćen National Park. This is another opportunity to draw attention to the importance of tourism, so we invite citizens to take advantage of this day and enjoy the nature and cultural heritage of Montenegro, and give their contribution through responsible behavior and compliance with the rules," the announcement reads.
