Montenegrin 15-year-olds have, in the last few years, been at the bottom of the table in the PISA tests, while the education system says that they are doing everything to ensure that children get functional knowledge.
Through the questionnaire, we want to examine your views on the functioning of classes, how much knowledge children can learn in classes, whether and why they need additional help from parents or private teachers.
