The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property sent an invitation to the interested public in order to prepare the Program of temporary facilities for the areas of the national parks Skadarsko jezero, Lovćen and Biogradska gora, for the period from 2025 to 2029.
That department is, in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction, responsible for adopting that program.
"In order to prepare and develop the best possible Program, and based on the need to ensure transparency and enable prior public participation, the Ministry invited interested users of the parks to submit their requests no later than October 24, 2024," the National Parks of Montenegro announced. Requests are submitted to the Archives of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property. Requests received after the deadline will not be considered.
