The village of Komarnica in Šavnica was cut off due to heavy rainfall. The bridge was flooded, the water washed away the roads, and the torrential drifts threaten the property of the villagers.
The Protection and Rescue Service told "Vijesti" that they are on the ground, but that due to the water level, they cannot approach the houses or the threatened pond.
"The situation is very difficult, especially for the villages of Komarnica and Grabovica, which have been cut off. The rivers have overflowed their banks... In those two villages, a great deal of material damage has been caused, at least as far as we can see, but that will be assessed later," he said. "Vijesta" is the coordinator of the SZS Velimir Šobić.
He also says that so far they have not been notified that the population is threatened.
Due to the rainfall, the level of Morača rose in Podgorica.

A torrent of water was flowing along the newly laid cobblestones, despite the new atmospheric channel that was built to solve the problem of flooding in the city center.
The TQ Plaza complex was hit again, so despite the metal dam they installed at the entrance to the garage, the water penetrated. The garage is managed by the municipal company Parking servis, so many vehicles were trapped in the water.
The water receded after the big storm, and the Tradeunique company announced that they will file a complaint with the authorities, because this is the third flood of their facility since the new boulevard was built.
The construction of a new boulevard with an atmospheric channel in the city center, which was completed in mid-July, cost more than three million euros.
The large amount of precipitation in the municipality of Nikšić caused great problems for the residents of the surrounding settlements.
And while in the city, on the streets, leaves and branches that the wind broke the night before, in Kuti (the upper part of the village) in Nikšić's Župa, the red bauxite water from the nearby aqueduct flooded almost all properties, bridges, and the locals say that the situation is catastrophic. This situation, in the mentioned village, repeats itself year after year, when there is abundant rainfall.
"Locals don't remember such a quantity of water in a short time. It's as if someone poured water from a bucket. This is a horror. Water penetrated from the surrounding hills during the night to the village. Even the oldest locals don't remember this. Properties are flooded, and they are especially endangered the one along the Macak stream. So far, no one has informed us that the water has penetrated into the houses," Dragoljub Radulović, president of the Župa Local Community Council, told "Vijesta".
According to him, the mechanization of the company "Uniprom metals" is on the ground, in the village of Kuta, where they are trying to control the flood that started from one of the mines, and the municipality will send the mechanization of the utility company.
Since last night, it has been difficult to pass through the road after the Brezovac bridge, and in the Miločani part, a stream overflowed and water penetrated into nearby houses and buildings during the night.
"All the teams are on the ground and are intervening both in the city and in the suburban area. Water mostly flooded the basements of the citizens. The most difficult situation is in Župa," said the commander of the Nikšić Protection and Rescue Service, Slavko Tadić.
A reader of Vijesti from Danilovgrad told the newsroom that he was forced to move out of the house with his family due to sewage and underground water spills.
The storm also caused damage in the area of the Kolasin municipality, mainly on the road infrastructure in the villages.
As the Vice President of the Municipality, Miodrag Bulatović, told the News, several road routes in the rural area are currently impassable.
"The most damage was on the roads in the villages of Starče, Svrke and Velje Duboko. Those roads are currently impassable. The state was also caused on the roads in other Kolasin villages, but, for now, they are used for traffic," said Bulatović.

As a result of the lightning strike, the tap cupboard also caught fire, but the smaller fire was extinguished by the quick reaction of the workers of the restaurant.
There was a power outage in the same bar, as well as in most of the promenade.
